Ladies and gentlemen. CPH Half 2025 is here.

Not to get too nostalgic, but I remember buying the bib the day before the race at the expo. Nobody cared about our race. It was mostly annoying to the majority that the city shut down.

Post covid, we're in heaven. Running heaven. A heaven where money flows like water in the mountain rivers during spring, and a new cool running brand pops up every day with a new T-shirt and canva profile. Sometimes it feels too easy. But then I realize that it's all sharing the joy of the sport.

Everyone is a runner. That used to be the saying, now it's the truth. What a beautiful time to be alive.

On this site, you can find everything relevant going on this week. There's a lot.

I might miss something. And if so - reach out. And sorry.

Also, every day up to race day a new guide from a central person from different circles in the sport of running will drop. I have tried to ask questions that go deeper than "favorite BMO" and "best shoe", to hopefully give the creative and amazing people a chance to share some words on what they do.

Enjoy! Like really really enjoy. Enjoy the city and time we're in. I dreamt of this when all we had was Lunarlon, Galen Rupp and Gyakusou.
